What is kept and what is lost
The converter places every model where it is on the plate, with its scale and rotation, and converts the units of the file to millimeters. Projects whose parts live in separate files inside the 3MF, as Bambu Studio saves them, are supported too.
STL only stores geometry, so colors, painted areas, modifiers and print settings of the project are not included.

Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The 3MF is opened and converted entirely in your browser and never leaves your device.
Does it work with Bambu Studio projects?
Yes. Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer projects, which keep each part in a separate file inside the 3MF, are read with all their parts.
What if the 3MF has several models?
All the models of the plate are exported together in one STL, in the same positions they have in the project.
Are colors kept?
No. STL cannot store colors. To keep them, use the 3MF directly in your slicer.
